Milt Stegall, All-Time CFL Touchdown Leader & Reception Yards Leader & Former NFL Receiver
The Milt Stegall Receiver U program is designed to develop and improve the techniques and skills of Wide Receivers. The program is an intense, no-nonsense program, especially designed to teach the Wide Receiver to play the position intelligently and to be a leader /coach on the field. The program will focus on the following:
- Starts
- Stance
- Getting off the line of Scrimmage
- Beating the Jam
- Routes
- Speed Cuts
- Catching
- Footwork
- Ball positioning;
- Use of Hands
- Conditioning
Milt Stegall Receiver U offers one-on-one sessions, wide receiver camps, and small group sessions. Milt Stegall attended Miami of Ohio University, where he was a four-year letter winner. Stegall was a stellar wide receiver and kick returner during his tenure at Miami of Ohio University. Upon completion of his college career, Stegall signed with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played three seasons with the Bengals and then signed with the Green Bay Packers. Stegall was released by the Packers and then signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He went on to play 14 seasons in the CFL.
